Brad began his career with OBGC in 2016 after having coached his son and daughter in many different sports to include House Baseball, House and Travel Basketball, Flag Football and Travel Baseball. Brad enthusiastically took the opportunity to combine his love for coaching and volunteering at OBGC and became the Sports Manager. Brad began overseeing the majority of sports offered at OBGC and worked with the commissioners to ensure the best possible experience for all of the kids and families participating in OBGC programs.  

In 2021 Brad was promoted to Executive/Athletic Director overseeing all aspects of the organization. Brad has many major club initiatives on the horizon and is very excited about the future of the Olney Boys and Girls Club.
