For the last five years, Brad Scott has served as the Executive/Athletic Director of the Olney Boys and Girls Community Sports Association (the Olney Boys and Girls Club or OBGC). In this leadership role, Brad oversees all operational aspects of the youth athletic organization.
During his tenure as Executive/Athletic Director, OBGC has thrived. The Club has realized record participation in youth programming and successfully launched key initiatives that continue to strengthen and grow the 55-year-old non-profit, dedicated to serving children’s physical, social, and emotional growth.
Brad joined OBGC in 2016 as Sports Manager, following several years of volunteering with the organization and combining his passion for coaching, youth development, and community service. In this position, he oversaw the majority of OBGC’s sports programs and worked closely with the sports commissioners to ensure a positive, well-organized experience for all participating athletes and families.
Brad’s deep commitment to OBGC and supporting local youth development was further strengthened through coaching his son and daughter in a wide range of OBGC sports, including House Baseball, House and Travel Basketball, Flag Football, and Travel Baseball.
Prior to joining OBGC, Brad dedicated his career to supporting individuals achieve wellness and athletic performance goals in the health and fitness industry.
