For the 2023 year, OBGC is again requiring a copy of an approved MCPS Free and Reduced Meals (FARMS) form be sent to us at email@example.com. Once we receive a copy of that we will approve your financial aid request (made during registration online) and you will receive an email letting you know you have been approved. There will still be a balance due of a flat fee for the session of $50 per family, as well as a possible $75 Volunteer Opt Out Fee for the family for the year, regardless if you have registered to volunteer. Once you have committed time to the organization then that fee will be refunded during the year.

If your child does not attend MCPS but you still qualify for financial aid, please submit your request and an explanation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your child is not fully registered and WILL NOT be placed on a team until the balance due is paid in full. This could likely prevent them from playing for the season if spaces fill up.
