For the 2024 year, OBGC is again requiring a copy of an approved MCPS Free and Reduced Meals (FARMS) form be sent to us at obgcadm@obgc.com. If you cannot provide that we will also accept a copy of the front of a SNAP or Medicaid card for your child. Once we receive a copy of that we will approve your financial aid request (made during registration online) and you will receive an email letting you know you have been approved. There will still be a balance due of a flat fee for the session of $50 per family, as well as a possible $75 Volunteer Opt Out Fee for the family for the year, regardless of whether you have registered to volunteer or not. Once you have committed time to the organization then that fee will be refunded during the year.

NOTE: If you have already provided proof of eligibility for the 23-24 school year you do not need to provide it again, we already have you on file and you can register for aid without delay.
Your child is not fully registered and WILL NOT be placed on a team until the balance due is paid in full. This could likely prevent them from playing for the season if spaces fill up or you miss important deadlines. Financial aid requests will not be accepted the final week of registration for any league so if you do not see it as an option at registration it has been closed for the season and full payment will be required.
