CAMP INFORMATION

Registration

Registrations are done online and processed on a first come, first-served basis. A non-refundable
deposit of $25 is included in the pricing of all camps. Any changes or cancellations must be sent to
obgcadm@obgc.com for processing.

Installments – Payment plans are available at checkout to break up registration fees over time.
Payment plan option will end on April 30 and are due in full by May 31st.

Cancellations – must be received a week prior to the start of a camp for a refund.

Waitlists – if a camp offers a waitlist you must pay in full to be placed on it. If we are able to place
your child we will notify you by email. If we cannot place your child we will notify you by email
and refund in full.

Full – If a camp does not appear for selection at registration it is full and closed.

Weather

If there are periods of heavy rain or severe weather, camp may need to close early or cancel.
Parents/guardians will be contacted via email if camp is closing early. Makeup days or discounts may be offered. Please be sure to check OBGCs weather hotline 301-260-9004 before camp to ensure the park is open after or during inclement weather.

Our camp directors provide campers with shaded areas and take frequent water breaks. Camp
directors and counselors are keenly aware of illness related to heat and will seek immediate medical
attention should a camper exhibit any of these symptoms.

Lunch/Snacks

Please be sure to send your child with a packed lunch, snack and reusable water bottle each day of camp. Camp coordinators will have additional water for refilling.

Concession stand will be open for purchasing meals, snacks and drinks during camp at the following times:

  • June 18-July 18 from 10:30am-1pm
  • July 21-August 22 from 11am-12:30pm

Orders can be taken in advance over the phone at 703-587-3495. Automatic payments can be made
using cashapp, Zelle, ApplePay, or PayPal using the number 703-585-1256. Please email any

If you order for the entire week meals are $10 daily. Otherwise meals are $12.50 each day.

EXAMPLE MEAL:

  • Grilled Kabobs
    • Main: Grilled chicken or beef kabobs
    • Side: Deep-fried mozzarella sticks
    • Veggie: Grilled sweet potato wedges
    • Fruit: Pineapple chunks
    • Drink: Assortment of drinks
